News: Chris Brown is begging to fans to save his career

"I ain’t never really did this but right now I need all of my fans help. A lot of radio stations aren’t playing my records. They are not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to. It’s on the fans and what you guys do in your power to bring me back. That’s all I need is you guys and nothing else will do that except for the fans. I don’t know what else to say. It’s nothing else that I can do. I’m doing everything that I need to do. I’m doing me as a person and I’m a better guy. It’s on ya’ll. My singing and my music I do it for you guys and everything else but it won’t be possible if I’m not relevant on the radio and it wouldn’t be possible for me to be an artist if I don’t have the support. I can’t be an underground mixtape artist. That’s where we are. I just want all my fans to help me. I love ya’ll. Peace"

Brown’s latest album Graffiti has been a massive disappointment since it’s release last December, only selling around 260k in the US. The albums first single “I Can Transform Ya” managed a half-decent peak of #20 on the Hot 100, but the follow-up ballad “Crawl” stalled at #53, and so far the albums next two scheduled singles “Sing Like Me” and “Pass Out” have done zilch.

News: Sugababes will split if any member leaves the current line-up

Sugababes have claimed that they would split if another member ever left the band.

The girl group are currently on their fourth lineup and have no original singers left following the ousting of Keisha Buchanan last September.

In an interview with Company magazine, the trio's longest-serving star Heidi Range confirmed that another shake-up for Sugababes is out of the question.

She commented: "We've said if something happened again we wouldn't carry on the band with someone else. This is it."

Sugababes are currently promoting new album Sweet 7, which is released on Monday and is the first to feature latest member Jade Ewen.

In January, Amelle Berrabah declared that the band currently has a "perfect" lineup, promising: "Nobody will be leaving and we won't be getting anyone new."

News: Mariah Carey's Remix Album is apparently Shelved

If there lay truth in the latest murmurings about Mariah Carey, things appear to be going from bad to worse for the diva. Reliable word has it that, in light of the disappointing performance of its singles, the 39 year old’s ‘Angel’s Advocate’ album has been shelved.

While Carey’s label, Island Def Jam, have yet to confirm or deny the speculation, the LP – which was a Target exclusive – has interestingly vanished from listings on the Target website, as well as Amazon where it was also featured as a download-only release. Additionally, despite being but a few weeks away from its announced release date of March 30th, no album cover nor promotional material for the record has surfaced.

The singer’s latest set-back comes comes on the heels of the poor performance of her ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’ LP, as well as the so-so success of her ‘Angel’s Advocate Tour’ – the box office scores of which saw particular dates struggle to fill 3000-seat arenas.
